Why my icon hero not appear on the map?

why my icon hero not show on the map?
i can't going anywhere again and i can't create raid because no icon on my map
please anyone know what happen to me ? thanks

My icon is ON the map, but i can't move the map again. right after i made my post on here a couple weeks ago, then i was able to move my map and i felt like an idiot, but now it won't move again, so i know it's not on my end.
