"Hero has no artwork right now" screen when I am a faceless with a single art - if it's a feature and you have to have at least two images purchased when playing a faceless, I'd like it to be documented somewhere.

it would be better if fun items have some function, for example, mount will help player to reach destination faster, pets add some stats or house boost hp & mana recovery rate

When I turn on PvP mode, my hero rarely attack monsters. I wonder this is the normal situation or not? Is this the trade-off between PvP mode and monster-attacking mode?

It would be nice when we cast buffs on ourselves (like Bless) or if another PvP casts a debuff (like Curse) on us, we can see when the effect takes place and how long it will remain.

In my case half of what I have won't show their pictures on my page. Most of them are displayed with 'oops' image, while some others have different image than it should. It kinda irked me whenever I visit tweeria. Can this get fixed?

Having a "sell all" option for inventory would be great. Higher level players pick up a lot of loot they're not going to equip; being able to empty your inventory all at once is better.
